Internal Auditor

Key Responsibility:

• Execute internal audit work effectively to assure proper controls exist and are functioning and risk is appropriately mitigated
• Understand the current state of processes and procedures adopted by the company and its subsidiaries
• Timely execution of audit plan in accordance with the nature and audit procedures
• Develop and execute process documentations, process flow chart, audit plans and other internal control documents
• Develop detailed operational audit report and share the findings with senior management along with recommendations.
• Conduct routine store audits for all outlets under the company
• Research and stay up-to-date with best business practices
• Ensure timely resolution of points mentioned in audit reports through regular follow ups.

Required Experience & skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of job-related experience
• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Experience in identifying process gaps, risk exposures and delivering operation solutions
• Experience in process flow designing
• Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, teamwork & communication (both written and verbal) skills.
• Should be comfortable in travelling within Dubai for field audit review.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license and car
• Should be a quick learner, energetic & good team player.
