Senior RTR Specialist *NEW SSC*

Our client, an emerging Shared Services Center based in Warsaw, is currently seeking a skilled Senior RTR Accountant to become an integral part of their newly formed team for Middle East region. Proficiency in the English is a must requirement for this role. Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.

Description

• Ensure accuracy of General Ledger (G/L) entries in accordance with company's Financial Reporting Guidelines and local GAAP requirements.
• Prepare and validate data for Month end, Quarter end, and Annual Closing processes.
• Identify and resolve General Ledger discrepancies within designated areas of responsibility.
• Process Accounting transactions for both Income Statement and Balance Sheet with validated supporting documentation.
• Perform various administrative finance tasks to maintain documentation integrity.
• Act as the primary expert in specific financial areas such as GL Accounting, Fixed Assets, Inventories, Intercompany, Cash and Bank management.
• Prepare and analyze General Ledger postings, addressing open issues with requestors or sources of entries.
• Collaborate with different Shared Service Center Groups and potentially In-Country Departments, including HR, Controlling, O2C, P2P, etc.

Profile

• A dynamic professional with deep expertise in economics/finance and very good proficiency in English.
• Proficient with SAP/Oracle or Dynamics and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and adept at working methodically.
• A team player passionate about contributing to collective goals, with a keen eye for process improvement.
