The Opportunity

This position works out of our Egypt Affiliate in the International finance operation division Center of excellence).

What You’ll Do:

• Assist Project lead on the Project tasks:
• Conduct user requirement and data gathering requirement
• Performs DATA MAPPING from current to the new ERP system
• Develop function design specifications in S4Hanna in alignment with new business requirements.
• Perform system configuration and documentation, prepare unit testing script and carry out user-acceptance testing.
• Provide post-live support and conduct end-user training
• Assist CFS accountants in the month end closing exercise mainly preparation of monthly Journal Entries posted in the General Ledger
• Assist CFS Leader in the preparation of Financial Statement and Balance Sheet Analyses.
• Other accounting and project related tasks that may be assigned by the Financial Controller.
• Prepare invoices and expense statements for data entry and post to BPCS Ap Accounting for middle east countries.
• Prepare employee expense payments, Bi weekly Transfer payment Liaise with vendors and internal departments (including all company divisions) on all queries relating to Accounts Payable Payment to vendors as per company policy
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations
• Prepare the information requested by internal and external Auditors & deal with queries arising
• Ensuring the integrity of internal financial controls Projects & Other Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate and timely month end close for corporate reporting. Inter-company processing and reconciliation.

Required Qualifications

• Holding a bachelor's degree in accountancy or business administration with Gen Accounting units.
• At least 2 years' work experience in Accounting or Financial Reporting or Audit Tasks
• Preferably has knowledge in ERP- SAP S4Hanna.
• Advance Excel skills mainly VLOOKUP, Pivot, Conditional Formatting, etc.
• Willing to accept Contractor/Project Term.
• Can communicate well in English language.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• With good moral behavior.
