Job Description & Summary

A career within Workforce services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients reset their talent strategies and deliver extraordinary business results through their people. We focus on evaluating and managing their unique challenges so our clients can maximize their return on the overall investment in human capital. You’ll gain a tremendous depth of expertise in all aspects of human capital, including creating sustainable value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations.Reviewing individual income tax returns and attending to other tax compliance matters

• Advising on tax considerations in individual tax efficiency planning
• Providing support in personal tax audit and investigation
• Assisting in performing tax compliance reviews, tax costs projection and preparing written advice
• Conducting technical research on individual income tax, and social security contribution compliance, etc.

Requirements

• A recognized degree in Accounting and/or Finance or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Flexible and open minded
• An ability to think creatively and a thirst for knowledge
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Acquires and applies commercial and technical expertise by staying up to date in industry and with market trends
• Planning and performing work in accordance with client requirements and maintains professional standards
• Communicates with impact and empathy
• Is passionate about client service, strives to build and sustain relationships
