Assurance - Seniors

EY GDS Assurance team acts as the primary GDS contact for tasks assigned by global client-serving Assurance 
teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables, while managing daily operations. Candidates should possess 
technical expertise in accounting standards, project management, communication, and leadership skills. EY GDS 
Assurance Seniors or Assistant Managers will oversee associate-level staff, execute tasks, and perform reviews as 
directed by the global client-serving assurance leadership.

Requirements

• Knowledge of accounting and assurance standards; knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP/US GAAP and International
review standards
• Excellent communication skills and robust logical and reasoning skills 
• Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation skills 
• Project management, leadership, coaching, counseling and supervisory skills 
• Ability to spread positive work culture, teaming and live EY values
• The ability to quickly form a strong working relationship with colleagues locally and in global teams

Qualifications 

• Freshly qualified or experienced Chartered Accountants (CA)
• ACCA qualified with minimum of one year of relevant work experience
