Consilium Chartered Accountants was established by partners who identified the opportunity to develop an independent Scottish accounting firm focusing on meeting the needs of Scottish businesses. Vacancy Description
We seek enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join us as ACCA trainees. We currently have vacancies for traineeships within our accounts and business services team.

These roles would suit candidates at the start or in the early stages of their accountancy career. They will provide the essential skills and the varied experience required as candidates embark on a career in accountancy. Our students will work with clients from a broad spectrum of industries from across Scotland.

We provide hands-on experience for graduates working towards their professional qualifications. We encourage our students to take ownership of their work, enabling them to flourish in a flexible, supportive structure. We will provide experience across the key areas of accounting, corporate and personal tax which will form a solid basis for graduates as they embark on a career in accountancy.

No previous accountancy experience is required, although it is desirable.

Entry requirements
We are looking for graduates with a minimum 2:1 degree with higher Maths and English (or equivalent) or AAT qualified students. For candidates with non-relevant degrees we would like to hear in your covering letter what attracted you to apply for a career in accountancy.

Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
