Accounting Associate

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and take ownership of assigned invoice processes for all clients and be accountable for all billing elements relating to client contracts
• Read, interpret, and set up contracts in billing software
• Maintain all contracts and contract amendments within billing system for multiple entities within the company, understanding contract details, terms, and billing elements
• Create quality client relationships and use great communication skills to coordinate solutions for invoicing questions with clients, internal client teams, and management
• Create monthly invoices for numerous clients, verify accuracy, email invoices to clients and sync final invoices with our accounting system
• Manage invoicing process for all clients and be accountable for all billing elements relating to client contracts
• Maintain excellent internal and external client relationships
• Work on multiple ad hoc billing and revenue tracking projects
• Manage IT procurement
• Manage inventory and reconcile all related accounts

• Bachelor’s Degree or applicable experience
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Superior analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables
• Efficient communication
• Works well in a fast paced and continuously evolving environment
• Effective Problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ConnectWise and QuickBooks is desirable
