Checking and processing Dealer claims (Sales Promotion schemes, DSE incentives, Parts local claims as well as LCV claims ).
Warranty claims processing for Truck, Bus, LCV and Engines.
HLFL TR processing in system.
Money receipt accounting for Trucks, Buses, Parts, AMC as well as Engines.
Balance Confirmation for all dealers on half yearly/yearly basis.
Reconciliation of claims with all dealers on a quarterly basis.
Processing all the Payroll as well as Off roll Travel Requests & arranging for their payment for LCV & MHCV (Sales, Service and Parts).
Processing of communication as well as other expenses for all employees and arranging for payment.
Vendor bill processing and payment.
Branding debits for all dealers of the zone on a monthly basis.
Warranty as well as Other expense provision figures by region on a monthly basis.
Bank BRS and Balance Confirmation.
Collection of IBND Certificates during quarter end for all dealers/customers/IS customers.
