- Roles & Responsibilities:
Accountable for all financial plans and operations of the company, including the development of the financial and operational strategy ensuring its alignment with Company's goals & plans, and build the
ongoing development and monitoring & control systems to preserve company capital and assets, keeping the management always aware and in-control by reporting accurate financial results through a very effective and professional reporting system.
- Planning:
Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team by providing a proper financial opinions and concepts.Assist in formulating the company's future direction by putting proper strategic and tactical financial plans.Develop the financial strategies and plans, direct and monitor its implementation.Manage the budgeting plans and processes, prepare growth plans, prepare summaries and forecasts for future business growth and general economic outlook.Develop and implement the investment strategies in accordance with company ethics and goals, and ensure a good return on investment. Guide the finance staff and develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction by providing high quality financial projections and accounting services. Put the needed plans to maintain and increase the company's capital,
and ensure to have the needed capital for the company's expansion plans.
- Operations:
Manage the accounting operations and treasury, monitor and control accounts receivables.Approve monthly bank reconciliations & Review monthly operating
reports for accuracy and completeness, and control the variances between actual and budget results. Develop and monitor financial policies and procedures with general accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, and increased revenues. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements. Manage and properly record all Company's assets ensuring their best utilization. Manage and control the Company expenses according to approved budget. Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain relations with internal and external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.General:
Proper safekeeping of all records and important documents such as files, Cheques, Receipts, keeping scanned copies of all documents in Company's server or in Finance electronic system if applicable. Provide the management with periodic and exceptional reports when needed. Guide and manage any other duties related to Finance & Accounts dept. as assigned by the management.
