About the role
About the Role
As part of the central Integrated Operations Finance team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management and review of the Kerry PCO Activities. The IO Finance accountant is responsible for the end-to-end training and development of PCO team
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for approximately 11 plant's transactional data and 4 PCO staff.
You will be required to perform the PCO tasks and ensure cover is in place for holidays and sickness.
You will work closely with the plant business partners to ensure that the ledgers show a true and fair view of the KPI Data.
Support material ledger team with year-end activities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare & issue monthly timetable
- Ensure that the Business partner signs off on the plant accounts prior to full absorption
- Review service level agreements monthly and issue monthly KPIs on performance and follow-up on actions where required
- Day to day on the job management of the PCO Team. You will also be required to perform the PCO tasks for 1-2 sites (see PCO job Spec)
- Manage job rotation for the team
- Ad-hoc business requirements thru out year and year end
Qualifications and skills
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in finance minimum of 3 years
- Language Skills to support the plants within the team and must be fluent in English
- SAP proficient
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent Communication Skills & strong relationship skills
- Strong People Management Skills
- Analytical & review skills
- Ability to escalate and challenge information
