Description

The Senior Manager - Strategy Consulting sits within a small but effective global team and is part of the Brisbane unit within APAC. With a focus on delivery on specific engagements alongside guiding consultants within the team, core responsibilities include:

• Working with senior leaders to identify, scope and deliver consulting projects
• Autonomously deliver on projects, working collaboratively within and across teams
• develop and lead the project work plan within the bounds of the right mindsets and behaviours
• Develop consultants and Senior Consultants within the team, guiding their growth and success

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Senior manager - Strategy Consulting should be:

• Able to demonstrate significant consulting or strategy experience from a top-tier consulting firm or large and complex corporate organisation
• Highly skilled in team leadership and coaching teams to maximise their effectiveness
• Analytic and able to detect the key messages hidden within data sets
• A critical thinker with deep understanding of business improvement principles and practices
