What will your typical day look like?
Working alongside talented and like-minded professionals, you will be part of high performing teams delivering digitally-enabled audit services of the highest quality to clients from a diverse range of industry segments. Learning on the job through hands on coaching, feedback and development opportunities, you will get exposure to solving technical accounting matters, using data analytics to analyse business drivers & performance as well as team leadership and client relationship building skills. In turn, you will play a critical role as both a coach and mentor for future talent.
About the teams
We have different audit teams you may be considered for:
1. Private Clients: Servicing large and iconic Australian and International private organisations, private equity firms, and purpose driven organisations across a wide range of industries including retail, healthcare, sport, transport and fast-growing technology.
2. Financial Services (FS): A national practice that provides audit services in the Regulatory Space, Wealth Management, Superannuation, Insurance and Banking industries
3. Global Markets (GM): Serving iconic large and complex international organisations, from a diverse range of industries, working with Deloitte audit teams around the world
4. National Strategic (NS): Serving iconic ASX listed clients, from a diverse range of industries including retail, energy and resources, technology and healthcare

- Majoring in Accounting or studying a degree that makes you eligible for the Chartered Accountants Program.
- A strong communicator who possesses the skills needed to build relationships with both your team and senior clients
- Adaptable and driven - you understand what it's like to overcome obstacles through sheer tenacity and hard work
- Finishing your studies mid or end 2024 (or have recently graduated)
- A permanent resident or citizen of Australia or a New Zealand citizen
