Description

• Participate in daily operations within the Accounting department, including interface management.
• Handle daily operations related to E-Invoicing.
• Maintain complete sets of accounts, including recording daily transactions and managing month-end closing activities.
• Conduct quarterly financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements for both external and internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet items and Profit & Loss account items to ensure data accuracy and control.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes and coordinate with auditors.

Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certifications such as LCCI and ACCA are advantageous.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, though fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with a strong background in accounting and finance, demonstrating proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and financial software. Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities are essential. Experience or internship exposure in accounting is preferred, highlighting a collaborative mindset and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
