The Role:
As a Client Services Officer at Bentleys Queensland, your responsibilities will include:
- Client Liaison: Serving as the primary contact for our clients' administration needs, handling client inquiries, and providing comprehensive support including preparing information requests to assist with our workflow
- Tax Compliance: Assisting with our client's interactions with Australian Taxation Office (ATO), including managing lodgment lists, client correspondence and ATO portal management
- Fee Management: Handling fee-related tasks including managing work in progress reports and ensuring accurate and timely fee preparation
- Onboarding Assistance: Assisting new clients with the onboarding process, including document collection and verification
- Client Record Management: Maintaining and updating client records according to established protocols
- Task Management: Utilising Trello for administration projects/task management and coordination
- Communication: Preparing and distributing client communications, reports, and updates
- Support Functions: Assisting the Partners and Managers with various tasks to strengthen client relationships
About You:
- Previous experience with an accounting firm or professional services firm is highly desirable, but not essential
- Ability to quickly get to know our clients and provide personalised service
- Demonstrated experience in client services or a similar customer-focused role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Full-Time Availability: Preferably available full-time in the Brisbane office, but open to part-time candidates that are available each working day
