The Role:

As a Client Services Officer at Bentleys Queensland, your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Liaison: Serving as the primary contact for our clients' administration needs, handling client inquiries, and providing comprehensive support including preparing information requests to assist with our workflow
  • Tax Compliance: Assisting with our client's interactions with Australian Taxation Office (ATO), including managing lodgment lists, client correspondence and ATO portal management
  • Fee Management: Handling fee-related tasks including managing work in progress reports and ensuring accurate and timely fee preparation
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assisting new clients with the onboarding process, including document collection and verification
  • Client Record Management: Maintaining and updating client records according to established protocols
  • Task Management: Utilising Trello for administration projects/task management and coordination
  • Communication: Preparing and distributing client communications, reports, and updates
  • Support Functions: Assisting the Partners and Managers with various tasks to strengthen client relationships


About You:

  • Previous experience with an accounting firm or professional services firm is highly desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to quickly get to know our clients and provide personalised service
  • Demonstrated experience in client services or a similar customer-focused role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Full-Time Availability: Preferably available full-time in the Brisbane office, but open to part-time candidates that are available each working day
