Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Full-Time Faculty cum Product Manager for our ACCA program. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and ensuring student success while actively participating in product development and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teaching and Lecturing:

    • Deliver engaging and comprehensive ACCA lectures on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
    • Develop and update curriculum materials, including lecture notes, presentations, and assessments.
    • Provide academic support and mentorship to students to ensure their success and progression.

  2. Student Success:

    • Monitor and assess student performance, providing feedback and guidance.
    • Organize and conduct extra sessions, workshops, and tutoring as needed.
    • Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.

  3. Product Development:

    • Collaborate with the product development team to design and enhance the ACCA training program.
    • Contribute to the development of study materials, online resources, and other educational tools.

  4. Strategic Planning:

    • Participate in strategic planning sessions to shape the direction of the ACCA program.
    • Analyze market trends and student needs to inform program improvements.
    • Assist in setting goals and objectives for the ACCA program’s growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA affiliate or fellow member .
  • Proven experience in teaching ACCA or related subjects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for student success and educational excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with online teaching platforms and educational technologies.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in accounting education.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
