About the Role

We are currently recruiting for multiple opportunities across Fund Accounting, servicing both traditional and private markets assets in both closed and open ended fund structures. We are looking for people with accounting and administration experience supporting Nav oversight, regulatory reporting, capital call and distribution processing, expense & cash management and client servicing.

Principal Responsibilities of the Role

  • Have a good understanding of the Luxembourg fund structures and operational & regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring the NAVs are reviewed and validated before dissemination to clients, other parties, and markets as per NT control framework guideline standards.
  • Work closely with our Offshore Partners as part of our Global Operating Model
  • Carry out duties in accordance with procedures and client SLA’s and regulatory deadlines.
  • Support Transformation & Innovation teams on process optimisation and deployment of enhanced capabilities.
  • Monitoring and ensuring consistently high standards of service to the client group, also ensuring all process and procedures are accurate and validated.
  • Addressing any client’s queries/concerns to the group clearly and effectively.
  • Support the new business team in onboarding of new clients and products in a dynamic environment.

  • Business or financial services qualification or studying for same. This is not essential but would be an advantage;
  • Strong experience as a Fund Administrator /Accountant with evidence of quality checking team’s work
  • Effective in the use of a variety of communication methods.
  • Identify and ‘own’ problems, correct them as far as is possible and refer as/if appropriate.
