Responsibilities:

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Recording invoices in ERP (reviewing calculations, supporting documents, and approvals).
  • Analyzing Payment delays and taking corrective actions.
  • Bank recon finalization and coordination.
  • Handling Divisional trial balance and month end adjustments.
  • Processing required bills and maintaining reconciliation of the same.
  • Managing payments for contractors and company employees, including full and final settlements and loans.
  • Providing input into the tax data.
  • Performing monthly stock counts and providing reports on the same.


Qualifications:

  • ACCA/CA finalist/ICMA/MBA
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience (preferably in manufacturing).
