Your area of work
As an Intern/Graduate working in New Digital Markets (f/m/d) you will be supporting the NDM team assisting with various elements of business analysis, platform testing, project management, commercial analysis and forecasting.
Your responsibilities
• Assist with the development and maintenance of product requirement documents and project plans
• Follow-up with key touch points and contributors on a regular basis to ensure timely progress and completion of key actions
• Project manage the multiple in-flight activities and streams of work, to ensure progress in line with key milestones
• Assist with market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats related to issuer services products
• Formulate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards business goals
• Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability
• Design and execute test plans to ensure business platforms function as intended
• Summarize key findings and present to interested parties and management forums
• Prepare updates for senior forums that evidence strategic alignment, return on investment, industry awareness, and delivery progress
Your profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance or a related discipline
• Passionate about new technologies, innovation, and media content creation
• You can work independently and are able to meet tight deadlines. Your high motivation and analytical skills help you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• You possess creativity, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a good understanding of corporate branding and communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Interest in financial markets and applications of data/IT in this sector. A good understanding of the post-trade and securities business is a plus
• You have a good knowledge of the usage of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel and PP)
• Written & spoken English is mandatory as English is the primary means of communication. French, German or any other language are of advantage
