Accounts Payables & Receivables Accountant

Our Client, a Swedish fashion company with an SSC in Poland is now looking for an AP/AR Accountant to join their high-performing team!

They have a small SSC structure in Warsaw (next to Metro Line).

Opis stanowiska

• Set up new suppliers/customers accounts in the system
• Processing sales and purchase invoices
• Posting bank statements - incoming and outgoing payment allocations
• Reconciling the suppliers and customer balances, bank accounts reconciliations
• Meet the daily and weekly deadlines for Supplier Payments
• Participation in generating new ideas to improve processes and taking active part in continuous improvements/project activities
• Updating, preparing and reporting actual figures to Corporate Finance
• Preparation of audit documentation in collaboration with other team members (GL/RA/Payroll)
• Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Responding to vendor/customer queries, communication on outstanding payments
• Daily employee travel expense booking, supporting the Concur T&E Reporting tool and Update Concur T&E databases on confirmed employee changes
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting in accordance with finance calendar and other reporting requirements from Corporate Finance for the relevant entities.

Profil kandydata

• English: level B2 or above.
• M3/INFOR/EPM, SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills, good communication skills.
• Excel and other MS Office applications skills.
• Team-working attitude and ownership of duties.
• Proactive and open approach
