Client Details

The Client is a highly reputable Arts organisation moving from Access Dimensions to a new system which they are planning to go live with in November. They require an Interim Systems Accountant for 4-6 months

Description

• Support Project Lead on delivery of finance team workstreams for new finance system implementation (Software = iplicit)
• This will involve supporting with:
• Documenting system configuration and set up
• Documenting new processes and workflows
• Preparation of data migration files
• UAT - writing test scripts, testing processes, documenting results, tracking to ensure all areas of system successfully tested prior to go live
• Support with training rollout to organisation - preparing resources, FAQs

Profile

A successful Interim Financial Systems Accountant:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
• Must be an exerpeicned systems accountant, alongside financial accountant
• Mapping of data from one system to another (MUST)
• Charity SORP experience
• UAT testing - comfortable writing test scripts
• Someone who can make deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
