Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar's industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar's facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Provie financial support for the manufacturing plant, ensuring precise allocation of costs to products within a standard cost framework. Monitor and report cost variances, value inventory, and provide crucial support to the operations team. Monitoring expenses and allocating them to the final product

Key Accountability Areas

Cost Comparison and Analysis:
  • Conducting a comparison between the standard cost and the estimated cost of products.
  • Analyzing the variances between the standard cost and the estimated cost to identify reasons in collaboration with project managers.
  • Comparing the planned cost with the actual cost for both products and semi-finished goods.

Expense and Communication:
  • Determining the cost center for expense documents submitted by the payable department.
  • Engaging in communication with project managers to offer necessary feedback and request estimation sheets or explanations when required.

Inventory and Production Monitoring:
  • Evaluating and verifying the estimated cost of semi-finished goods.
  • Monitoring consumption transactions associated with production orders.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of product confirmations.
  • Overseeing the production cycle of products and ensuring continuous recording in the system.

Documentation and Collaboration:
  • Maintaining Bills of Materials (B.O.M) and routing documentation in coordination with project managers.
  • Following up with the design and production departments to finalize the closure of COGI (Cost of Goods Issued).
  • Identifying and highlighting program errors or user-caused issues and forwarding them to the relevant parties for resolution.

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
