Description

  • Leading and managing a team within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Creating comprehensive audits and reviewing financial reports and systems.
  • Providing strategic insight and advice to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Handling client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Mentoring and developing junior staff members.
  • Contributing to business development and firm growth strategies.

Profile

A successful Audit Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA/ACA.
  • Exposure to NFP & Charity Audits highly desirable.
  • Substantial experience in an audit role within a professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Superior communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
