Randstad is partnering with a well-known luxury brand, celebrated globally for its modern luxury accessories and lifestyle collections, including high-quality leather goods, ready-to-wear fashion, footwear, fragrances, eyewear, and more. The finance team is initiating the e-invoicing program and is offering an 8-month contract to support this project. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who are independent, analytical, and detail-oriented.


about the job

• Manually upload files within the defined timeframe for B2B domestic and overseas customers, and for B2C POS/e-commerce operations.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations for B2B domestic and overseas customers, and for B2C POS/e-commerce operations.
• Resolve issues stemming from manual uploads and Inland Revenue Board (IRB) regulations.
• Manage administrative tasks, including responding to customer queries related to e-invoicing.
• Collaborate with relevant teams and consultancy firms to identify process improvements and opportunities.
• Ensure that control processes comply with Inland Revenue Board (IRB) guidelines.
• Perform additional job-related or ad-hoc duties as needed.about the manager/team

requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance
• 1-2 years working experience in Accounting/Finance/Tax Department at Multinational Company
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Problem solving skills
• Assertive, self- initiative, ability to work individually
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team player skills
• Possess ability to multi-task and demonstrated strong attention to details
