Current Opportunity 

Due to growth within our Projects & Infrastructure Advisory team we have an opportunity for a Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager. This role will see you work closely with a Partner in the delivery of financial and commercial advisory services to public and private clients. 

Some of your key responsibilities include: 

• Provide commercial and financial advisory services involving financial modelling and tailoring solutions to client needs to support strategic decisions. 
• Working on government engagements including the development of business cases to support state and federal government clients 
• Support the delivery of data analytic services to government and private clients.  
• Support valuations (businesses/intangibles/derivatives) by building bespoke financial models. 
• Reviewing complex financial models and potentially updating the models to address the findings. 
• Assist with researching opportunities and preparation of proposals. 
• Conduct feasibility studies that will include both the financial and commercial aspects. 
• Assist with mentoring and supervising the work and development of junior team members. 

What you’ll need to succeed 

• A relevant Tertiary qualification 
• CA/CPA or CFA qualification 
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a mid-tier or large Chartered environment. 
• Previous exposure to working within government and/or commercial advisory.  
• Demonstrated experience in building financial models.  
• Experience in developing business cases for state and federal governments. 
• Highly developed data analytic and Excel skills. 
• Strong communications skills with the ability to work within a team and autonomously.  
• Well-developed report writing and presentation skills.
