  1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and GL key-in respectively.
  2. Reconciliation on AR & AP Ageing, inter-company transactions & online sales transactions take in and posting.
  3. Assist in bank reconciliation, credit control related, and liaise with Customer Service & Sales team to release credit control bar.
  4. Handle deposit listings and ensure daily sales collections are reconciled and entered correctly in the system. Sales commission and sales analysis to be prepared.
  5. Hands-on working experience in handling AP payments and online banking related. Knowledge in handling Trade Finance facilities is an advantage.
  6. Candidate should have a good sense of responsibility, be detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, and able to work under a tight deadline.
  7. Able to assist and liaise with internal staff, customers, bank, auditors & tax agents to complete work tasks.
  8. Adhoc work tasks assigned by immediate superior and HOD.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Candidate must possess at least LCCI certificates /Diploma /Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  2. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Being able to converse in English, Malay, and Converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office -financial spreadsheet and ERP Accounting software.
  5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and good communication skills.
  6. Immediately available and/or short notice period is an added advantage.
