Role Purpose

To establish your own Licensed HV Accountancy Practice using our unique HV brand ™, our knowledge & experience, plus tested systems, and back-office support to deliver outstanding client services in the SME business sphere.

You will be responsible for developing and managing your own exciting mix of SME clients. As the Co-Founder of your own company, you will have the opportunity to grow and shape the future of your own accountancy practice but with continued and unrivalled support from the HV Founders and HV Team.

Role Objectives

• To establish your own limited company delivering accountancy services to the SME market
• To offer both advisory and compliance accounting services to your portfolio of SME clients
• To manage the workflow and deadlines of client demands
• To review the work of your back-office team to deliver insightful commentary and advice to your clients.
• To review the accounts and data produced by your team to offer your clients solutions to their business challenges.
• To ensure all compliance & filing deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• To provide feedback to and identify training needs of your team.
• To grow your business to suit your needs.

Your background

• Qualified ACCA or Chartered equivalent
• Robust post qualifying experience to enable possession of an ACCA Practice License
• A hunger & desire for running your own show.
• Confident in dealing with clients at all levels, great communication skills with clients and team members.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure all client deadlines are met.
• Commercial outlook with an appetite to take on new challenges.
