- Assisting the Team Leader / Senior Client Service Officer to fulfil his / her responsibilities, but also develop a good working relationship with our clients, our existing team, and external parties.
- Ensure prompt response to all clients at all times and ensure good quality of deliverables at all times
- Attend to client and auditors’ queries on a timely manner (either personally or as part of the team, ie delegated to another person having the expertise in the team).
- Assist in preparation of various secretarial services/documents of the Companies including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates as well as Specific Powers of Attorney etc. (either personally or as part of the team, ie delegated to another person having the expertise in the team).
- Attending board / shareholders / clients meetings and assist in drafting/finalising of Minutes and ensuring that minutes are finalised and sent to the Board / shareholder / client within one month of the meeting date. (either personally or as part of the team, ie delegated to another person having the expertise in the team).
- Maintaining the statutory books and records of the companies and trusts under your portfolio.
