Key responsibilities:
* Ensuring global delivery of the Financial Crime Risk Transformation programme.
* Being responsible for ensuring each HSBC region's delivery is in compliance with expectations.
* Liaising with and managing multiple global stakeholders to ensure programme delivery.
Required Experience and Skill-Set
* Proven track record of delivery and implementation of high level projects to strict deadlines and standards.
* Experience of working on a global level - working across time zones and cultures.
* Stakeholder Management - Must be able to manage and challenge necessary to ensure change and delivery.
* Experience working on financial crime change or transformation projects (specifically on their delivery)
* Self-sufficient and self-starter - Must be able to provide an instant impact on the project.
