Position Purpose
Are you based in Jaipur and looking for an Accounting Internship in a hybrid working environment? Our role is ideal for students or entry-level professionals pursuing a career in accounting. Our role is busy and demanding but offers excellent opportunities to gain hands-on experience in various accounting tasks.

We're proud to be an Approved ACCA Employer. After 6-12 months, we estimate you should achieve sufficient experience and proficiency for us to sign off at least 2 ACCA Performance Objectives: PO6 – Record and process transactions; and PO2 – Stakeholder Relationship Management.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain general ledgers, including handling high volumes of data entry and coding.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and submit draft financial reports and working papers to a team leaders for review and approval.
- Prepare payroll and maintain computerised fixed asset registers.
- Prepare and process sales invoices and enter suppliers’ tax invoices into clients' accounting systems.
- Maintain practice management reports and databases.
- Assist with other general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as required.
Qualifications, Required Skills and Experience
- Educational Background: Part-qualified ACCA/CA (or equivalent) - Essential.
- Certifications: Xero Accounting Software Certified.
- Experience: Some experience in an accounting environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Communication and Teamwork: Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Client-Centric Approach: Client-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Attributes: Enthusiastic, well-organised, able to work in a reactive and fast-paced environment and prepared to work hard.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient with MS Outlook, MS SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Dropbox, Google Drive.
