As part of our HEINEKEN EverGreen strategy to commit to future-proof the organization and adapt to market dynamics there’s the objective to digitally transform our business and its relations with stakeholders. It’s this intention to become the ‘best-connected brewer’ that’s a priority in HEINEKEN’s digital and technology (D&T) organization through this Digital Backbone (DBB) project.
Our Process Lead roles will be critical to the success of this project.
The Opportunity
If you’re working in a Finance function, perhaps as a Financial Reporting Analyst, and looking for a new challenge in 2024 - then read on! As a Process Lead you will be the Subject Matter Expert in the RtR processes (end to end) for your region. This role will allow you to share your current knowledge in a different way. This is a great development opportunity as you will be adding project, programme, and transition management to your skill sets.
The Role
You’ll be working with stakeholders within the Finance functions to support the transition towards the new global template. Your strong knowledge of the process requirements, along with the transition methodology (yes of course we’ll be training you on this) will help you ensure the successful implementation of these templates. We are transforming our business not just upgrading the tech!
Experience that will set you up for success in this role:
Solid experience of working with RtR processes in your current role (Financial accounting, Tax, Treasury, Period end)
- Several years recent experience and confidence in using SAP within the RtR area
- Any experience in projects using your problem-solving and influencing skills to convince others of the need to change
- An ability to work with internal customers, dealing with challenges in a positive, pro-active, and robust way
- Communication will be key as you'll be encouraging and supporting a number of stakeholders in different countries (some travel will be possible :))
