Your responsibilities would include:

  • Managing Price List process
  • Managing different kinds of discounts 
  • Managing approval process
  • Standarasing and optimising processes across OpCos 
  • Providing OpCo specific insights if required
  • Appling deep knowledge of E2E systems and pricing & discounts process and digital skills in order to identify root causes of potential issues
  • Identifing risk and preventing them in the proactive way 
  • Ensuring process controls, policies and compliance are adhered to and suggest any improvements as appropriate
  • Working collaboratively with other teams (e.g Sales, MDM, Collection, OpCo Finance) to ensure effective delivery of the process
  • Supporting and contributing to the delivery and implementation of continuous improvement projects in collaboration with OpCo, HGSS and in line with HEINEKEN’s standards
  • Regularly updating the Team Leader about developments and progress of Pricing and Discounts opportunities and issues
  • Driving own personal development in Finance specific skills and business knowledge of implementing his/her development plan
  • Maintaining complete and up to date process documentation

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • English level at least B2
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work with large amount of data
  • Ability to work with different systems 
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills 
  • Very good understanding of end2end Order to Cash process 
  • Business knowledge 
  • Experience in multi-national environment (incl. Shared Services Centres)
  • Mind-set and Behaviours aligned with HEINEKEN Finance Behaviours
  • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Communicative German would be an asset
