What will you do:

  • Maintaining excellent relationship with the Client.
  • Prepare and deliver VAT registers for VAT returns.
  • Prepare Intrastat reports, ECSL ECPL and other VAT related reports if required.
  • Ensure timely reporting of VAT and comply with tax operational standards and procedures.
  • Reconcile VAT, Intrastat and ECSL ECPL reporting data.
  • Provide assistance for tax issues and ad hoc matters.
  • Support team members or other teams AP, AR on correct tax treatment and VAT coding.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, driving new implementations increasing the quality or automation of VAT reporting.
  • Performing other tax related daily tasks and interacting with team members.


What we expect from you:
  • At least 3 years of experience in tax operations or tax compliance
  • Very good English and Polish language skills - both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in handling Polish VAT reporting with solid knowledge of local VAT regulations and compliance requirements
  • University degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Professional experience in SSC BPO or Big4 would be an advantage
  • Practical skills in MS Office tools at a user level, and high Microsoft Excel skills
  • SAP knowledge in tax accounting area
  • Analytical skills with proactive approach
  • Precision and attention to details, very good organizational skills
  • Availability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode in the Warsaw office.
