ACCA/Equivalent Previous experience in managing payroll Excellent current, technical payroll knowledge Experience in processing a manual payroll Excellent systems and numerical skills A technically strong payroll professional who can lead by example and impart their in-depth payroll knowledge to the team Familiarity with payroll-related aspects of UK employment laws Strong knowledge of Holiday Pay, SMP, SPP, SSP, P45, P60, P11D Duties and responsibilities


2-3 years of experience in payroll management or a similar role. Management of monthly payrolls for clients Ensure that all HMRC submissions are made, and payroll reconciliations are carried out. Maintain communication with the clients and HMRC for Payroll queries. Strong knowledge of payroll software such as Money Soft and Bright Pay. Processing of Attachment of Earnings as applicable Ensuring accurate and timely payroll end-to-end production for various clients following statutory regulations within payroll deadlines and requirements. Pensions Follow auto-enrolment and calculating contributions. Advise pension provider of new joiners, leavers, and monthly contributions National Minimum Wage checks. A proven track record of working under pressure, prioritizing tasks and demands, to meet strict deadlines and timescales. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with management and Team.
