We are searching for an exceptional Finance Business Partner to join our Accounting & Finance team in the fast-paced retail industry. The successful candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, excellent analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of financial planning and business partnership.

  • Collaborate with operational teams to understand financial needs and develop appropriate strategies.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Implement financial best practices to enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance and report to senior management.
  • Assist in the development of strategic financial objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Leading a team of 3
  • Participate in special projects as needed.


A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Professional certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in a similar role working with operations.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous team management experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to work cross-functionally.
