  • Contributing to business development efforts by developing pitches and proposals for clients and thought leadership.

How are you extraordinary?

  • You have proven experiences in the M&A environment, including transaction services or a commercial team in an operational business.
  • You embrace how our diligence findings impact the deal rationale and associated valuation considerations.

  • Applicable experiences working across transactions or relevant skills and an interest that will transition into these areas.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commercial flair to generate insights from interpreting data & financial models as well as data analytics.
  • Proven ability to prepare client deliverables, with excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Evidence of working successfully with senior management teams/stakeholders.
  • The initiative to lead projects, clients, and the development of a team.
