Reporting to the CEO and Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the overall finance
and administrative functions.

Finance (80%)

  • Responsible for managing the entire general ledger, including all financial transactions and accounts, and ensuring good cash flow.
  • Preparation of management reports, including budgeting, forecasting and analysis to drive cost effectiveness.
  • To consolidate and collate data from SAP to prepare the following reports:
    • Monthly - Updating foreign exchange rates, sales analysis reports, banks reconciliation.
    • Quarterly - GST reconciliation, fixed assets registration and management report.
    • Yearly - Closure of accounts, generation of new financial period and documents numbering.
    • Ad hoc - Passing journal entries to reclassify and rectify accounts as needed.
  • Handle full spectrum of AP duties and work with Medical Product Specialist to ensure prompt invoicing and collection processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with the auditor to address any audit-related matters, such as audit schedules and audit confirmation.
  • Maintain good internal controls, reporting standards and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and timely filing of all statutory and tax documents, such as audit and GST reporting.

Human Resource & Administrative (20%)

  • Responsible for all HR processes from recruitment, onboarding, pass application, development, compensation to offboarding of employees
  • Processing monthly payroll for close to 30 staff and CPF submission
  • Administration of leave and benefits via Payboy system
  • Provide general administrative support including office maintenance and customer service support
  • Attend to ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned from time to time.

skills and experience required

The ideal candidate should come with a Diploma in accounting and finance and minimally 2 years of experience managing a full set of accounts and office administration independently. Experience with SAP B1 Hana will be advantegeous. You should ideally be an individual who is detail-oriented, committed and enjoy working in a cohesive team.
