Qualifications & experiences required

  • Student at least 8 semester or University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economic or related subject.
  • Previous experience in BPO/SSC/Centralized delivery model
  • At least 2 year of experience in Payroll Process .
  • Knowledge in Office 365, Visma, Super Nómina ERP.
  • “Getting things done” and service orientated attitude combined with the ability to communicate and explain procedures and solution proposals to partners
  • Proactive and engaged attitude with attention to details
  • Continuous improvement mindset and process orientation and a solution orientated work approach
  • Good English language skills (written).

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload payroll news to the ERP.
  • Payroll settlement according to the regulations and specifications given.
  • Assist with monthly closing activities
  • Perform processes of social charges, taxes associated with payroll. Prepare payroll closing reports.
  • Comply with local standards, policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Local Office, internal stakeholders, via workflow tool/email to resolve the issues.
  • Responding to users inquiries in a timely manner; Support, follow-up and escalation of identified issues.
  • Contribute to team metrics by achieving stated productivity and accuracy goals daily
  • Drive many continuous process improvements and share best practices across team
  • Support the team in achieving performance objectives
