A Career in Business Services  

We are currently seeking a recent or soon-to-be graduate to join our Business Services team, ready for immediate start in our graduate program. Our graduates are very important to us, as we recognise their potential to become our firm’s future leaders. For the right candidate, this position provides a strong pathway for career development, as part of our growing firm.

As a Graduate in Business Services, you will have the opportunity to build a strong foundation for career progression. You will gain a solid understanding in the following areas:

  • Business reporting including payroll, superannuation, GST, financial reporting, and ATO deadlines
  • Software exposure, including training and certification in systems such as MYOB and Xero.

Your career development will then progress to developing taxation and business advisory expertise. These skills will be developed through on the job training within our supportive Business Services team environment, with regular guidance from the Partner, as well as formal structured learning support.

About you

Our ideal candidate, will have the following qualifications and attributes: 

  • In their final year of study or have previously completed a relevant qualification, such as Bachelor of Business (Accounting) or Bachelor of Commerce
  • Willingness to complete additional study or working towards eligibility for CAANZ or CPA postgraduate study
  • Possess high levels of attention to detail
  • Confidence when communicating and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills as well as willing and able to learn new technologies
  • Professionalism partnered with an organised and proactive style.
