Excellent salary ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT - County Armagh This well-known local highly successful business has been established over 20 years and are now recognised as leaders in their industry. They are now looking for an Assistant Accountant to work in their County Armagh site. Duties & Responsibilities Assist in Management Accounts on a monthly basis Assist in reconciling the Balance Sheet and preparing the Cash flow Statement Preparation of monthly sales analysis reports Analyse sales margins and identify possible cost reductions Assist in updating stock records and preparing monthly stock reports Reconcile monthly bank balances and monthly intercompany balances Prepare Working Capital reports VAT and Intrastat returns Assist in preparation of Audit files Essential Criteria Trained / qualified as an Accounting Technician, part qualified or newly qualified accountant OR significant experience in a similar position will also be considered Demonstrable experience in a similar role Good level Microsoft Excel skills A basic level understanding of MIS / ERP systems What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
