This position involves working as a Finance Business Partner in the fast-paced FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights and support to the Accounting and Finance Department to drive business performance.

Description

As Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for:

  • Key business partner to the Senior Leadership team to drive performance
  • P&L management and commentary
  • Preparation of annual budgets
  • Key business partner to the commercial teams
  • Adhoc analysis & modelling
  • Ensuring controls & improvements for margins & site overheads
  • Preparation monthly results & forecasts
  • Develop and implement KPI reporting utilising BI tools
  • Work with Senior Finance Business Partner on overall Business Strategy

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in a finance business partnering role within the FMCG industry
  • Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as PowerBi
  • Proven ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

Job Offer

The Finance Business Partner role comes with a competitive base salary ranging from £70,000 to £85,000 per annum depending on experience, plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. The role comes with hybrid working.
