Job Description

BDO & Co is currently looking for talented candidates to join it’s Audit & Assurance division in the position of Audit Senior. The primary responsibility of the Audit Senior is to conduct assigned audits for the firm's clients. This entails reporting critical issues to higher management and ensuring compliance with the BDO Audit Methodology and Quality Management Manual.


Main Responsibilities


  • Develops a comprehensive grasp of the Firm’s service lines and actively fosters team participation.
  • Formulates recommendations reflecting a deep understanding of generally accepted auditing standards and the inherent risks within the client’s business/industry.
  • Maintains direct communication with clients on a day-to-day basis, reporting to the engagement manager and overseeing audit activities.
  • Actively engages in the firm's risk and quality initiatives.
  • Collaborates with fellow engagement team members to strategize and plan the engagement, including developing timelines, risk assessments, and other planning documents.
  • Oversees daily fieldwork operations, providing regular updates to the next reporting line on engagement progress.

Our ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Almost or fully ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in the related field(s).
