Job Description

BDO & Co is currently looking for talented candidates to join it’s Audit & Assurance division in the position of Audit Experienced Senior. The primary responsibility of the Audit Experienced Senior is to conduct audits for the firm's clients and promptly report on any critical issues identified to the appropriate reporting line. The Audit Experienced Senior ensures that all work is conducted in accordance with the BDO Audit Methodology and complies with the BDO Quality Management Manual.


Main Responsibilities

  • Actively engages in the firm's risk and quality initiatives, contributing insights and efforts.
  • Works collaboratively with engagement team members to strategize and plan, creating timelines, risk assessments, and other essential documents.
  • Oversees daily fieldwork operations, providing updates to the next reporting line on engagement progress, and effectively manages staff performance.
  • Shares knowledge with team members, such as best practices and on-the-job training.
  • Utilizes audit technology tools and firm-standard technologies proficiently and proactively to conduct and document work.
  • Monitors component progress, initiating discussions with the service team, and obtaining ongoing feedback from the client to ensure expectations are met.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Almost or fully ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in the related field(s).
