Role Summary & Role Description:

  • 6-8 years of work experience in financial services
  • Participate in onboarding client / Investment Managers on Instruction entry application platform for IMS and back-office clients.
  • Participate in GTM/EFR/Instruction entry checkout during BUAT and Production releases.
  • Draft GTM release notes for the upcoming release and upload on the SharePoint.
  • Support UAT testers on the new functionalities in GTM, GRS or Instruction entry. This will encompass setting up GRS, RDM tables, SWIFT messages validation.
  • Assist STP support team and provide insight of the production issue
  • Work with multiple business units on trade data analysis and understanding what types of products a client trade
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure all deployment activities - testing, data setup and operational readiness are well coordinated
  • Investigate inquiries from various State Street organizations and follows through to ensure that implementation problems and issues are addressed
  • Keep current internal procedures updated

Analyst will be responsible for client onboarding support to Business for Transaction Management process, specifically related to the Instruction entry and GTM applications. Responsibilities will also include supporting business users queries via Inquiry management tool, perform business checkouts and support any ad hoc business testing for IMS or Backoffice. Generation and validation of Accounting and Settlement messages, FAX and various GRS setup (under EFR).

Core/Must have skills:

  • Knowledge of ISO150022 and various investment type products Equity, Fixed income, Cash, short terms, derivatives, FXs and more.
  • Excellent analytical skill is a must.
  • Person should know end to end trade life cycle from IM – Middle office – Backoffice.
  • Able to support during weekends on the day of checkout.
  • Should have good writing skills to draft release notes for the business users and test teams.

Good to have skills:

  • Good to have knowledge of various Trade order management systems like Charles River (CRD), ALADDIN etc.
  • Good to have knowledge of CTM and FX connect applications.
  • Prior experience in transaction management, reference data management would be beneficial.
