Job description: 
The key responsibilities of the Manager Finance & Compliance are as follows:
• Preparation of annual financial statement as per IFRS, monthly management accounts, and reporting to debt/equity holders.
• Coordination and communication with banks, external auditors, lawyers.
• Ensure timely and complete adherence to taxation compliance i.e. Income Tax & Sale Tax.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Process and record Invoices, recording journal entries, keep accurate records for all daily transactions in accounting software.
• Regulatory reporting as per SECP’s requirements on a monthly or as need basis.
• Liaison with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and all relevant regulatory authorities on updating compliance status and reporting.
• Reporting to regulatory authorities on the compliances of AML/CFT on a quarterly and annual basis.
• AML reporting and ensuring compliance with SECP’s AML reporting regulations.
• Process vendor invoices for payments and preparation of financial documents, reconciliation of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Close liaison with Operation Department for recording monthly provisioning as required under NBFC rules and regulations, reporting to e-CIB on a monthly basis.
• Filing of statutory forms as and when required.
• Update all relevant stakeholder’s changes in the applicable Rules, Regulation and Acts, preparation of interpretation where needed, and ensuring compliances where required.
• Any other work assigned by the Chief Financial Officer. Required Working

Experience
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in Finance and Compliance functions
• Experience in the NBFC/Banking Industry shall be preferred
• Experience at an Audit Firm with understanding of the NBFC or banking sector Required Education CA Finalist or ACCA from Big four audit firm with good understanding of IFRS.

Required Skills
• Good understanding on the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS), Income tax Ordinance, 1984, Companies Act, 2017, Sales Tax Act (Provincial)
• In depth understanding of all applicable laws including but not limited to Companies Act, 2017, Non Banking Finance Company Regulations and Rules, SECP Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, Income tax and sales tax laws.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
