Who we are looking for

As Financial Controlling Team we work closely with dedicated business units. We support the execution of the business strategy through preparing meaningful financial information needed for decision making process. Due to constant growth on the market, we are looking for a Financial Controller with analytical skills as well as interpersonal communication skills, who will become a part of department’s financial controlling team. As a part of the Team, you will have the opportunity to work on variety of tasks from financial controlling and finance business partnering areas to contribute to the practice growth. Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Controlling or Finance department, interpersonal communication skills
  • excellent financial and analytical skills,
  • great ability to prioritize tasks,
  • summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision-making,
  • strong computer literacy - Microsoft Excel on advanced level, VBA will be a strong asset,
  • attention to details and high quality of outputs,
  • ability to work in a rapidly changing and demanding environment,
  • strong ‘can-do’ mentality and ‘drive’ to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders,
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • ACCA or similar certification in progress will be an asset.

Your future role

As a Financial Controller in our team, you will work closely with Controlling Manager for SR&T, creating an impact by providing high value adding analysis and financial business partnering for business units.

You will be involved in the following areas:

  • monthly closing process including actual vs. plan variance analysis by business unit,
  • control of contracts/projects financial management,
  • planning and forecasting for business units,
  • analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators with constant monitoring of KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance,
  • development of analytical and reporting tools,
  • developing financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives,
  • preparation of management reports,
  • continuous process improvements, standardization and automation of outputs in a structured and consistent manner,
  • initiatives support,
  • liaising with the accounting team in Poland,
  • on-going cooperation with Partners, Managers and HR team.

About the team

Financial Controlling Team is a geographically disperse team of a few specialists managed by the Controlling Manager. We are communicating closely to exchange knowledge and support each other.
