Job Duties:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performing overall planning, execution and finalization of Internal Audit of  business processes.
  • Conduct opening meetings with the auditees
  • Develop a thorough understanding of business processes in scope for assigned audits and document the processes in flowcharts and/or process narratives where required.
  • Developing Risk & Control Assessment Matrix for various business processes.
  • Developing a risk based audit program and perform fieldwork in consideration of the approved audit program.
  • Evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives.
  • Provide fieldwork while identifying control weaknesses, process inefficiences and non compliance with applicable laws & regulations and policies & procedures of the company/
  • Propose practical and value added recommendations to address control weaknesses and/or process inefficiencies.
  • Conduct closing meetings with auditee at the end of fieldwork.
  • Prepare concise and informative audit points/ issue sheets to effectively communicate the findings and discuss potential observations with auditee and prepare internal audit report.

Other Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the safeguarding of corporate assets and ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place and operating effectively.
  • Develop and maintain effective and professional working relationships with all levels of staff within the organization, including Senior Management.


  • ACCA / CA Part Qualified
  • Articleship completed from reputable firm in advisory/ consultancy services with major assignments in internal audit
  • Fresh Articleship completed
