Our client provides consulting services to organizations from various industries. They are looking for a reliable Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.

about the job

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be supporting the Managing Director in the organization's accounting duties, payroll and administration including book-keeping, assisting in GST submission and filling out tax filing forms. You will also be in charge of office administration such as payroll, issuing invoices & collections, contract renewal and scheduling of trainings.

skills and experience required

You should ideally come with a minimum of 1 year of experience managing basic book-keeping and be familiar with using Microsoft Office in your daily tasks. You are also an individual who has strong project management skills and are meticulous in your tasks.
