We are seeking ambitious team players with exceptional analytical skills and a well-rounded personality to become part of our dynamic team in our Deloitte Private Audit team

What will your typical day look like?
• Leading and executing audits, ensuring projects are completed on time and to agreed service levels.
• Effectively building and managing teams, maintaining service levels and standards.
• Contributing to the growth and management of the Audit practice, as well as participating in audit service line initiatives.
• Managing and expanding existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Serving a portfolio of key clients and successfully developing service offerings to meet their needs.
• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., tax, consulting) to deliver coordinated solutions to clients.

In the field of Audit & Assurance, our team's specialized accounting skills enable us to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of their financial position. We go beyond traditional financial reporting functions by uncovering significant opportunities and identifying risks. Through continuous collaboration and professional development, we transform clients' frustrations into assurance, offering sophisticated and tailored advice on corporate transactions such as acquisitions, divestments, recapitalizations, and capital raisings.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
• Minimum of seven years of audit experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
• Holder of a Chartered Accountant qualification or an equivalent qualification.
• Significant expertise in a variety of audit services, allowing you to provide valuable insights to our clients.
• Experience working with clients from various industries is essential, given our diverse client base.
• Proficiency in identifying business and financial risks, devising audit plans, and overseeing engagements in a managerial capacity.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to offer effective advisory services to clients.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to develop individuals' capabilities and lead teams to achieve exceptional client outcomes at higher levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• A comprehensive understanding of the challenges that can arise in managing and working within diverse teams, along with strategies to address them; a clear grasp of the firm's commitment to fostering a more inclusive culture.
