The Finance Manager will play a crucial role overseeing our financial operations and leading the finance team to facilitate the organisations mission. Client Details

  • Manage the company's overall financial health, which includes budgeting, financial reporting, and audit facilitation.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and provide them to top stakeholders.
  • Compile monthly data on pupil numbers, staffing levels, and other corporate KPIs to help with decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Create financial predictions to aid business planning by recognising future difficulties and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the organisation, recommending changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyse and report on acquisition costs, with a focus on financial sustainability initiatives.
  • Create schedules for external accounts to complete year-end financial statements, coordinating with them to ensure correctness and compliance.


A successful Finance Manager should have:

Qualification required - ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a finance team.
Strong financial and accounting skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
A passion for non-profit work and making a difference in the community.
