As a Accountant, you will play a crucial role in developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales operations at our new branch in Dubai.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other financial reports

- Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable

- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting

- Prepare and submit tax returns and other government documents

- Assist with audits and provide support to auditors as needed

- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

- Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices

- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS

- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes

- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts

- Prepare and review budget forecasts and financial projections

- Coordinate with external auditors and assist with audit preparations

- Stay current on accounting regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards

- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations


- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;

- Partially qualified CA/ACCAs having 4-6 years financial reporting, accounting and book-keeping experience are needed.

- Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience

- Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and financial reporting requirements

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in accounting software Tally Prime, ZOHO Books, QuickBooks and MS Excel

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
